1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and md222 ("md222", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the md222 online gaming and sports betting platform available at https://md222.io and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an md222 account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the md222 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and md222. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the md222 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. md222 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will request proof of age documentation before processing any withdrawal or approving any bonus claim.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of md222 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not currently hold a self-excluded status on the md222 Platform. Players who have activated self-exclusion are prohibited from re-registering or using the Platform during the exclusion period.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the md222 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify md222 promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. md222 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account to provide an additional layer of security. You agree to notify md222 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

md222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be presumed to have been carried out by you unless you have reported unauthorised access to md222 in a timely manner.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

md222 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid government-issued national identity card or passport, proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

md222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card payments are displayed at the time of transaction. md222 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. md222 aims to process mobile wallet withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes and bank transfer withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. md222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawal requests submitted before completion of KYC verification will be placed on hold pending document review.
• Players must have wagered the full deposit amount at least once before a withdrawal of deposit funds can be processed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

md222 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time of its release. The following general conditions apply to all md222 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using different accounts will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• md222 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, the exploitation of software errors, or collusion with other players, will be voided and the relevant accounts suspended.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the md222 Platform are provided by third-party game studios including, among others, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules provided by the game studio, the game studio's rules shall apply to the conduct of that specific game.

md222 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable games. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action beyond the standard play mechanics of each game. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific results for any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during gameplay, md222 will use its reasonable endeavours to determine the correct outcome of the interrupted game round based on available server-side data. In cases where the correct outcome cannot be determined with certainty, the game round may be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's account. md222's decision in such cases is final.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports covered by md222, are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is confirmed. Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet slip reference number issued, the agreed odds are locked for that wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the md222 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer or multi-player table game environments.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of md222.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, md222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if md222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

md222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your md222 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

md222 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, technical issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. md222 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly and to notify players of significant planned downtime in advance.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

md222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Use of multiple accounts or attempts to circumvent account restrictions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Conduct that md222 reasonably considers to be harmful to the Platform, to other players, or to the integrity of the gaming environment.
• At the player's own request, including upon activation of self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms.

Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcomes before the account is closed.

13. Amendments to These Terms

md222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, md222 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
